My Therapy

I am realizing that I hold a lot in about what I am going though and these are things that nobody could understand about what I live unless they too are living it.  This is extremely isolating, so my goal is to use this as a sort of journal that I can dump my feelings into every night in hopes of getting some peace and maybe some sleep.  I chose the name "CF Only Looks Normal" because I hear so commonly "but she looks totally normal".  Looks can be deceiving.  She's not totally normal and neither is our life. You can't see CF because it's on the inside.  Maybe this blog can open people up to what I live and what life is life for a parent of a child with Cystic Fibrosis.  Thanks for joining me in my journey to spread the word and maybe get a little peace.


*Some of my posts may be dark and make you sad but I hope that you will keep reading and celebrate my happy moments with me too. It's all one big roller coaster but every second with my beautiful Laila makes it all WORTH IT. SHE IS WORTH IT!
